Stretching is an integral part of the relaxing of muscle tensions too often present, notably in the neck or back. Perverse effect of activity, the muscles are not stretched enough and some may even shorten!
Stretching helps you to keep good amplitude in your movements and to feel more mobile in your daily activities. A great prevention activity, stretching is useful, particular at the time of falls where increased flexibility reduces the risk of injury.
Stretching also allows you to break the vicious cycle of muscular imbalances. These, over time, create the conditions for joint imbalances which themselves lead to pains and finally more serious pathologies.
